Apparel – All Sales Final

All apparel purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any clothing items. Please review sizing and product details carefully before completing your order.

Glassware – 30‑Day Returns

We accept returns on glassware within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective

If your glassware arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
